Cause of Acne

It seems like so many people, teenagers and adults alike, are looking for a magic acne cure. It doesn't really matter what the cause of acne is--stress, hormones, too many sweets, etc. People just want to get rid of their acne. In my 30+ years of battling acne, I have been more successful when I treat it from the inside out. My acne cure, then, is not a medicine or a messy cream. They don't work for me.
